Data Deletion Instructions

If you want MsgMood data associated with your workspace or connected Meta assets to be deleted, use the process below. This page is intended to satisfy platform data deletion disclosure requirements for connected integrations.

How To Request Deletion

A workspace owner or authorized administrator should contact MsgMood support and request deletion of the relevant workspace data, integration data, or both. Include your workspace name, account email, and the Meta assets you want disconnected or deleted.

If your request relates to a Facebook Page, Instagram business account, or Meta Lead Ads data, specify the Page ID, Instagram business account ID, or lead form ID where possible so the request can be processed accurately.

What Will Be Deleted

Depending on your request, we may remove stored Meta connection data, synchronized message content, lead submission records, operational logs tied to the workspace, and associated inbox records, subject to legal and security retention requirements.

If you also remove the integration from your Meta app settings, future synchronization and webhook processing will stop once the connection is revoked.

Verification and Timing

We may verify that the requester is authorized to act on behalf of the workspace before completing deletion. Once verified, we will process the request within a commercially reasonable time.

If limited data must be retained for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance, we will retain only what is necessary for those purposes.
